1Can children use Nigella Sativa Oil(BSO)?
Yes! We recommend 1/2 teaspoon for pubescent minors and those children under 5yrs should start off with a few drops then increase over time.
2Should I consume Nigella Sativa Oil while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't recommend large doses during pregnancy, however, its classified as a galactagogue, meaning it increases the flow of breastmilk!


Dosage

1Nigella Sativa OIL
Adults can take 1 teaspoon-1tablespoon daily to boost the immune system. Children under 5 years old should start off with a few drops increasing over time. Under 12 We recommend at least 1/2-1 teaspoon daily.
2Nigella Sativa Powder(Capsules)
Adults should take 2 capsules of Nigella Sativa Powder twice daily. Children dose is half of the Adult recommendation
3Nigella Sativa Powder
Add to food, a serving is one teaspoon. Can replace Black Pepper! Very popular in Indian cooking!
